- Service Model and Booking Deposit
Our services operate on a scheduled on-site appointment basis.
Deposit Requirement: A partial advance deposit is required online to secure your diagnostic and on-site service slot.
Quotation and Final Balance: Following your submission of our contact form, our technicians communicate project details and specific pricing directly with you. The remaining project balance is settled upon completion of the on-site service work.
- Cancellation Terms
48-Hour Advance Notice: You may cancel your scheduled service appointment without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the agreed on-site service window. To cancel, please contact us at exclusive@appliancecoolfix.com or call +52 (55) 8421-6730.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time may result in the forfeiture of the initial booking deposit to cover dispatch and operational scheduling allocation.
- Statutory Right of Withdrawal (European Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you benefit from a statutory right to withdraw from your service contract within 14 days of booking without giving any reason, provided that the on-site service has not been fully performed.
If you explicitly request that our on-site service commence during the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully executed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision via an unequivocal statement sent to exclusive@appliancecoolfix.com.
- Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds for eligible cancellations or withdrawals will be processed promptly.
Funds will be returned to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days following the approval of the refund request.
