This service is intended for refrigerators where water is accumulating underneath the appliance, around the rear lower section, or in an area associated with the defrost water collection system.
The inspection may include the drain pan, defrost water outlet, drainage path, pan positioning, visible cracks or damage, and accessible surrounding components. The technician can determine whether the water is reaching the collection area correctly or whether the pan, drainage route, or related component is contributing to the problem.
Where appropriate, the service may include repositioning an accessible component, clearing a drainage path, addressing minor collection-system issues, or replacing a damaged compatible drain pan or related part. If the water originates from another refrigerator system, additional diagnosis may be recommended rather than treating the collection pan as the sole cause.
